Successful candidates will have expertise in testing enterprise-class applications and creating automated tests using industry standard tools such as Loadrunner and QTP as well as possessing general automation knowledge.  Experience in Automation, White Box, Stress and Boundary testing a must. Experience testing enterprise-class SaaS based workflow applications. The right candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to deliver quality product solutions in a timely manner. This QA engineer must be able to demonstrate an ability to organize and establish a testing strategy and ultimately qualify robust, reliable product features and components.

Qualified candidate needs to possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication, the ability to understand complex system designs and the ability to think outside of the box.  The candidate must also be able to foster a collaborative and collegial atmosphere within a dynamic work environment to deliver high quality products on time.  This candidate will work closely with the development team through all phases of the product lifecycle.

ServiceLink is the national lender platform for the FNF family of companies, providing a full suite of origination, default, business consulting and technology related products and services to the industry's national and regional mortgage originators and servicers.  The company is adding new roles to meet the demands of the current market and the needs of the team.

• Expand the VisionSale (Loss Mitigation Application) Test Framework.
• Manage and participate in the testing of the SaaS (on-demand) software applications to assure quality and stability prior to deployment in our production environments.
• Manage the availability of the test environment to ensure software development projects can be deployed and evaluated in a timely manner.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts that test product and eliminate excessive repeatable manual cycles.
• Contribute to VisionSale Product Life-Cycle process with QA related tools, templates, procedures, entrance and test criteria.
• Perform complex business problem solving. This will require a significant capacity for strategic thinking and quantitative analysis, as well as an outstanding ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to collect and assess project metrics, perform trend and root cause analysis, develop impact and risk assessment documentation, and ability to drive process improvement efforts through the SDLC.
• Provide strong technical leadership and expertise during Unit Test and in the Qualification and Beta Stages.
• Adhere to methodology and best practices to ensure high quality products and implementations.
• Passionate about delivering high quality, rock-solid software. Enthusiastic about working with development to ensure overall product quality.
• Experience with build/release preferred.
• Experience with technical support and the temperament to be customer-facing.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 7+ years hands-on experience in developing test strategies, tools and hands-on testing of enterprise applications. Ideal candidate has extensive experience with Web based application technology.
• Experience managing quality assurance software teams.
• Strong XML and SQL abilities.
• Strong understanding of ASP.Net applications.  .Net 3.5 Workflow Foundation Framework knowledge would be a big plus.
• Experience testing enterprise-class, SaaS, highly configurable workflow applications is a plus.
• Ability to identify less tested areas, issue trends, measure coverage.
• Financial industry and ERP/CRM/BPM experience a plus.
• Experience with LoadRunner and QTP a plus.
• Experience in performance/benchmark testing highly desirable.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math  or related disciplines required
