| Description: | ServiceLink's Valuations department has an immediate opening for a Chief Appraiser. |
| Duties: | Includes, but not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Audit and Post-Delivery Quality Assurance departments. Facilitate the review of unique properties and escalated client issues. Review and sign-off on all new appraiser applications. Coordinate all monthly audits with clients to ensure that a timely and thorough response is provided. Analyze and facilitate the discussion of monthly client scorecards - provide resolution/action plan Review vendor quality rejections monthly and provide feedback to Vendor Management. Assist with the counseling of appraisers as needed. Conduct on-going appraisal training seminars for ServiceLink staff. Serve as a mentor to staff appraisers.

| Qualifications: | State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Active Appraisal Institute SRA Designation 10 - 15+ years field experience Previous experience working for a lender a plus Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
